Experience this amazing tradition of this spirit with a mezcal tasting at Casa Azar. We will do a tasting of 5-8 different small batch mezcales each made with a different Agave. We
take you through the classic agaves like Espadin to some of the rarest agaves that take more than 25 years to reach maturity. We offer the mezcal tasting in english or spanish and include botantas, traditional cantina snacks like chapulines, fresh oaxaca cheeses and tostadas.

We create a seasonal menu that focuses on local ingredients. 90% of the ingredients used are grown or sourced within 150km. The menu uses many salsas and traditional elements of Mexican cuisine to create vibrant dishes. A truly unique culinary experience. The 6 course family style tasting menu includes a welcome drink. Guests can then choose their desired beverage of cocktail, beer, mezcal or wine.
